1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply between the eh555 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player"). These Terms apply to players in Bangladesh and follow Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

eh555 is a secure and reliable online gaming platform offering various game services including slots, live casino, and cricket betting. By accessing our platform or using any of its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Provision of False Information

If any false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided at registration, eh555 reserves the right to cancel that account at any time. The remaining balance in the account may be forfeited in such cases.

3 Account Management

The security of your eh555 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password and login details confidential and do not share them with anyone.

• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or granting access to your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• To change account details, please contact the support team.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be flagged for review.

3.1 Account Limits

Each player may operate only one active account. If multiple accounts are detected, bonuses will be forfeited and the accounts will be closed. Generally, only one account is permitted per household or per IP address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

eh555 provides convenient payment methods for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

eh555 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
• The processing time for deposited funds may depend on the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may take additional time to process if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

eh555 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳10,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, applied to the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus combined). For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• There may be a time limit for meeting wagering requirements — details will be provided in the terms of each individual bonus.
• Some games may contribute differently toward wagering calculations.
• Table limits may apply when wagering from a bonus balance.

5.3 VIP Program

The eh555 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7% — earned through active play.
• Gold Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0% — the highest tier of benefits.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on the player's consistent participation and activity. Cashback is calculated automatically each week.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

eh555 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close associated accounts in cases of bonus abuse, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or violating promotional terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

eh555 offers slots, live casino, card games, and betting on cricket and other sports. All games are operated according to fair play principles and technical standards.

• Each game has its own rules — please read them before starting a game.
• In the event of a technical issue or disconnection, any ongoing bet will be settled according to the situation at that point.
• If a technical error in a game result is proven, eh555 may void the related bet.
• Rules for settling markets in cricket or other sports betting are detailed in the relevant section of eh555.

6.1 Sports Betting

Acceptance of bets in sports betting is at eh555's sole discretion. eh555 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any market due to market liquidity, event conditions, or technical reasons. A bet placed after an event has started, if marked as pre-match, may be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eh555 platform:

• Operating an account using a fraudulent identity or false information.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Claiming bonuses or promotions multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Any attempt to compromise the security systems of the platform.
• Harassment, offensive language, or intimidation toward other players.

Any player found engaging in the above activities will have their account immediately closed and the associated funds may be forfeited. Information may be provided to law enforcement agencies if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the eh555 platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, designs, game content, and multimedia — is the property of eh555 or the respective content providers and is protected by copyright law.

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content from the platform without prior written permission is prohibited.
• Game software is licensed for personal use through the eh555 platform only.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

eh555 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transmissions secure.

• Deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed through encrypted and secure channels.

10 Limitation of Liability

eh555 makes every effort to operate a secure and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues on the part of third parties.
• Losses resulting from the disclosure of your own account credentials.
• Force majeure situations — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
• Any financial loss arising from gaming, as gaming is inherently a risk-bearing activity.

eh555 reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited to an account due to a technical error, even if those funds have already been used.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

eh555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any reason, in particular:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If the player does not cooperate with identity verification.
• At the player's own request for voluntary closure.
• Self-exclusion process as part of the responsible gaming policy.

11.1 After Account Closure

After account closure, any verified balance will be returned; however, if the account is closed due to a violation of terms and conditions, bonus funds may be forfeited. To voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

eh555 reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of important changes, a notice will be sent to players' accounts or an announcement will be published on the platform.
